Seeking The Best For Our Mill Department Lead!!

Wagner Machine Company is looking for an all-around great person to join our team. We are excited to find a Mill Lead who can lead our team by demonstrating grace, humility, and machining excellence. Department Leads at WMC value teaching and mentorship and understand the importance of innovation and thinking outside the box to solve complex issues.

We are a driven and hands-on team, with a strong emphasis on “team.”  The ideal teammate is someone who’s willing to jump in headfirst and tackle customer projects together. Our employees are passionate about our work, and we want you to be excited about manufacturing and machining, too. We encourage everyone to face challenges head on and have fun while we’re at it.

You should not only have strong managerial skills, but excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for a leader who can delegate tasks, is results driven, and can handle multiple projects at one time. We believe our supervisors should be able to handle any issue with composure, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor.
